Setup printers

Graustufendrucker HP LaserJet 1010

  • download driver files using script
    and extract to C:\Driver\HP LaserJet 1010

Invoke-Command -ScriptBlock ([ScriptBlock]::Create((Invoke-WebRequest -Uri $url)))
  • select Other devices and update its driver
  • or download driver container manually

Farbkopierer HP Photosmart HP C4580

Driver

  • Download Driver & Software Package
  • Extract container and run Setup.exe
  • Click Install
  • Continue until Review Installation Options
    • Open HP software* to be installed, click here to customize
      • Disable everything unless required
  • Plug-in the printer via usb
  • Continue until Connection Type
    • Select Wireless network connection (802.11)
    • Select detected printer or enter hostname or IP Address manually
  • Rename printers to
    Farbkopierer USB and Farbkopierer WLAN
    Open Right-click > Properties > Port to identify the connection

Scanning Software

  • Install HP Scan and Capture

  • Right-click and open Settings

    • Open Photo Scan Options
      • 300 =: Resolution
    • Open Photo Scan Options
      • 300 =: Resolution
    • Open Document Scan Options
      • Color =: Output Type
      • A4 (210 x 297 mm) =: Page Size
      • 300 =: Resolution
    • Open Preferences
      • D:\Downloads\ ← Click Change default folder # For Photos
      • D:\Downloads\ ← Click Change default folder # For Documents
